Vintage Asian folding fans open to 42” wide and 24” tall, featuring a graceful bird and flower design set against a gold background. The fans are in fair vintage condition, with some imperfections that are not very visible from the front, but the delicate paper is fragile and shows signs of age.
Two fans feature similar designs, each fan has subtle differences in the way the bird and floral elements are depicted, making them complementary yet unique.
The first fan has less torn paper on the back which can be gently glued, and one split bamboo. The second fan has more torn paper on the back.
