Drop-off Your Donations on Sundays @ MI Community Center

We’re Expanding Our Donation Collections

Are your donations stacking up by the door? We are providing curbside drop-off service each Sunday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, the Mercer Island Community and Event Center. We are able to offer this increased service thanks to the support of our Thrift Shop volunteers and the National Charities League. Please note, donations are no longer accepted at the Thrift Shop.

Why donate to the Mercer Island Thrift Shop? Donating your clothing, household goods, and forgotten treasures, supports services in your community that help make Mercer Island a valued place to live, grow, and thrive. Our revenue supports Mercer Island Youth & Family Services which provides school based counseling, youth development programs, mental health services, senior outreach, and a safety net with resources for MI families experiencing difficulty in challenging times. There is no better time to become a regular donor and shopper of our community driven movement for good. It’s a win on multiple points!

  • Your donated resources support your local community.

  • We cycle through hundreds of thousands of items into the hands of happy new owners, providing a sustainable source of shopping.

  • As a local social enterprise, we are a place that supports purpose, creativity, human connection, job training, and diversity.
